1. Musi Dam

Musi Project located 28 KM away from Suryapet. The Musi Project was constructed across the Musi River near Solipet Village in Nalgonda District. The project was commenced in June 1954 and completed in February 1963. The Musi river is one of the major tributaries of Krishna. The river originates in Ananthagiri hills near Vikarabad, Rangareddy district at an altitude of 4660m.

The reservoir was constructed across Musi river originates from the hills of Ananthagiri in Rangareddy District and travels a length of 240Kms and joins river Krishna at Nalgonda District near Vazirabad at an altitude of +61m. The dam is situated at 10kms upstream of Tekumatla bridge across the river on National Highway No.9 from Hyderabad to Machilipatnam

2.Jan Pahad Dargah

The Jan Pahad Dargah is situated in Palkaveedu Mandal in Suryapet District, Telangana State. People from different religious faiths visit the holy shrine on the occasion of the annual Urs festival. The dargah is built on the tomb of saint Mohiuddin alias Shaheed and Jan Pahad Saidulu.

Jan Pahad Dargah is situated from 40 KM approx from Miryalaguda railway Station. Every year in 3rd week of January celebrated the Urs festival which is very famous in Telangana state.

3.Lingamanthula Swamy Temple, Durajpally

The Lingamanthula Swamy Temple, Durajpally situated in the Suryapet, Telangana. Peddagattu or Gollagattu Jathara is the festival done in the name of Lord Lingamanthulu Swamy and Goddess Choudamma every 2 years. The presiding deities, Sri Lingamanthula Swamy, believed an Incarnation of Lord Shiva, and his sister – Choudamma, are offered various pujas during the five-day fete. Peddagattu (Gollagattu) is the second biggest religious congregation or Jathara in the state of Telangana after Sammakka Saralamma Jatara in Jayashankar Bhupalapally.

4.Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Undrugonda

Undrugonda fort situated in Suryapet District. It is located 10 km from Suryapet. Undrugonda is situated in Vallabhapuram village of Chivvemla Mandal, Suryapet (dist). It is an ancient Giridurgam (hill forte) constructed initially by Vishnukundinulu in the 5th century A.D and later developed by various dynasties up to now. It is a magnificent archaeological and spiritual pilgrimage center hosting different temples of which Sri Undrugonda Laxmi Narasimha Swamy is best worshipped adored by the local public. Many fortifications, hillocks, valleys, lakes and greenery of the forest also make a very beautiful eco-tourist destination. Local philanthropic organizations have been trying to revive the name and fame of Undrugonda since 2002.

5.Phanigiri

Phanigiri is a village situated in Phanigiri is a village in Tirumalagir Mandal, Suryapet District. It is situated 40 Km from Suryapet. The place consists of a Buddhist complex which is adorned with a massive stupa along with two apsidal halls with stupas in it.

Two large footprints in the complex are believed to belong to Gautama Buddha. The place also houses three viharas which were once served as the dwelling for the Buddhist monks. Previously the name of the village is Dharmachakrapuram but later it is changed to Phanigir. The name is derived from two words which represent the shape of the hill (phani=snake, giri=hill).

6.Pillalamarri

The Pillalamarri Temple is located in Suryapet District. Pillala Marri Temple is one of the oldest temples in Telangana State. The Pillalamarri Temple is 1000 years oldest ancient temple. It is built on the riverbank of Musi in the Kakatiya Dynasty. In Pillalamarri one of the famous Lord  Shiva temples is there.

7.Yoga Narasimha Swamy Temple (Matta Palli)

The Yoga Narasimha Swamy Temple Mattapalli is one of the ancient Temple situated in Huzur Nagar, Suryapet. It is built beside the Krishna River. It located in Mattapalli, Huzurnagar. It is approximately 25 KM from Huzurnagar.
